we spend one full week at a proper summer house in Punta del Este, 

practicing Vinyasa, Hatha, Acro, Asthanga, Kundalini, Yin, partner yoga and CREATIVE yoga, 

meditation & kirtan sessions, 

GONG baths, and great delicious nutritious daily menus! 

We go around to different beach spots, museums, art exhibits in the local 
neighbourhoods and have yogi and arty visitors coming over the week offering specific workshops, talks, music sessions and dinners!

“What is vinyasa flow”
​

Vinyasa can be now found around the world, and most of us think we know what we get into when signed up for a vinyasa class: FLOW. But what, and how, do we connect the flow of vinyasa, build up the flow of vinyasa and understand the flow in our own practice? In this workshop we exchange and learn about the essential components of the vinyasa flow and the way in which we might build up our own self practice to it. You will understand what the flow is about and how to practice it, as well as learning how to build up the poses of vinyasa practice. 
"Anatomy through the elements in YOGA PRACTICE"

​In order to build up the poses, we will focus on the elements that make up the ´Prakriti´' the ´material word´or nature- : Fire, Water, Earth, Air (and a fifth element, Ether).
The yoga asana (the physical yoga practice), being physical can also be conceived, seen, felt, through those same elements that make up nature, or Prakriti, and these elements can be used to build up sequences that cover physical, pranic, mental, soul and intellectual bodies.

“Meditation, Pranayama Breath, Chant”
​

Whether you have a regular meditation and yoga practice or not, this workshop will guide you through exercises of concentration, chant and pranayama (breath). Using these three components: the mind, the vibration and the breath, we will build up our way into a group meditation and chanting class.
​“Inverted workshop”
We might feel afraid of going upside down, or might be unsure about the right or best process we should follow in order to build up our inverted yoga poses. Whether it is your first time going for a head stand or whether you are all in practicing dolphins and handstands from crows, this workshop aims to work individually with each student to guide them through the construction of an “inverted yoga practice”. 
You will get the chance to work with partner yogis to build up your poses, get the help of the wall and individual guidance on your practice. This workshop should help you get better not only on this one time yoga workshop but also in your very many to come yoga sessions.

"YOGA NIDRA & balance workshop" 
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice coming from the Tantra Yoga tradition. This esoteric practice gives birth to both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Tantra yoga is practiced by a yogi that, guided by desire, looks for the path of spiritual realization. Now, it sounds strange that the words "yoga", "spiritual" and "desire" come together under one path. Wasn't it desire that caused all suffering in life, the reason why us humans stand where we stand in the cycle of life and therefore the cycle of samsara? Wasn't it desire that chained us to this planet earth, not letting our souls connect to the Atman (the eternal universal soul) and be free from karma and samsara? 
During this workshop, we will learn about this concept of "having the desire to go down the path of spiritual realization". We will practice an exercise that is key to such desire: the relaxing meditation of Yoga Nidra. We start with a guided meditation focused on concentration followed by pranayama. The asanas practiced will focus on balance, strength, and challenge. We finish with a complete level 1 yoga nidra relaxation.
